This is a regional blend of coffees grown by Marvin Carias and his family, alongside other coffee farmers that live nearby. This beautiful region is distinct from other growing regions of Guatemala; it boasts pine forests scattered across a mountainous landscape, teeming with birds and wildlife.
The coffees are processed on drying patios overlooking the wooded landscape. The consistency and quality of this coffee creates the rich, creamy body and sweet chocolate notes you'll find in the cup.
