This is a twist on an old fashioned. The twist? We had to get coffee involved. It's incredibly warming and a great drink for the colder months. We recommend pairing it with either a local platter of charcuterie, smoked salmon and cream cheese blinis or a West Country cheese board. Singe the rosemary tips and leave to smoulder for a smoky effect.
